YOU Broadband offers high-speed data, voice and video services through the Internet. It guarantees quality services to its customers with greater downloading and uploading speed. YOU Broadband provides bandwidth in excess of 10 Mbps for home customers and their pricing are even affordable . Currently their services are limited to major cities like Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Navi mumbai, Navsari, Powai, Pune, Surat, Thane, Vadodara and Vishakapatnam.
YOU Broadband offers High speed data, voice and video services through the Internet. Primarily, it offers high speed Internet services to residential, corporate and SME customers. For corporate and SME customers YOU offers dedicated leased line. It is the first private ISP to announce 2 Mbit/sec plans in 2007 when Government made it mandatory for all ISP’s to provide the service.
It is also offering Triple Play Services. One can access internet connection via broadband, make voice calls through Internet (VoIP) and watch videos. YOU Broadband offers these services to individual customers in their residences and to corporates.
Also offers variety of Value added services to its customers like YOU Play, YOU Call, YOU Learn and YOU Fone. It provides tariff plans for their customers but it may differ from place to place. Currently, available tariff Plans are Dual Speed, Unlimited Plans, Day/Night Plans and MB plans.
YOU Broadband offers Zapak Plus to its subscriber, because Zapak has tied up with You Broadband to launch Zapak Plus subscription services for its broadband subscribers.

The tariff plans for Wifi broadband service for 1 GB cost is Rs. 250 per month. Also it provides unlimited pack and based on the speed, the cost may differ. YOU broadband Average Download Speed is 496 Kbps (62 kB/s) and upload speed is 282 Kbps (35 kB/s).
The plans are great. But too often the service is down. The speeds for download /upload are not great either. They do NOT conform to what you pay for.
